Full Planning + Design
We’ll guide you through the planning process from start to finish. With years of experience, vendor contacts and extensive knowledge of the industry, our team will bring your vision to life and seamlessly execute the event of your dreams. Our full planning package includes everything from developing your budget, scouting venues, reviewing contracts and negotiating with vendors to floor plan creation, day-of timelines and onsite event management.
Partial Planning
Partial planning is perfect for the client that already has a date, a venue, a few core vendors and a solid vision of their ideal event. Our team will provide guidance, recommendations, a custom planning checklist and answer any questions that come up throughout the planning process. Our partial planning service also includes onsite day-of event coordination.
Month-of Coordination
Beginning 4 weeks before your event, we will serve as the point person for all vendor communication, review all of your planning and tie up any loose ends. On the day-of, our team will be onsite to coordinate all aspects of the event from load-in to breakdown, manage guest flow and troubleshoot any last minute emergencies that may arise.
